The HELFE Fragrance Mixture Relax blend is a combination of two calming plant oils: valerian and lemon balm. The combination of the two high-quality essential oils creates a pleasant and natural relaxing atmosphere for body and mind.

Sauna & Wellness

Usage

  • Sauna infusion: Add 1 teaspoon to the water pot (approx. 5 l water), then pour the infusion over the hot stones as usual. Never pour the fragrance mixture directly onto the hot stones
  • Fragrance lamp: Can be used both pure and diluted with water in fragrance lamps and diffusers. Please follow the instructions of the lamp manufacturer
